Q: How much is the down payment and is it non-refundable?
A: Its 50% of the rental rate and it’s non-refundable

Q: Can we change the date of the booking after confirmation from the resort or after the down payment had been settled?
A: No, we’re strict with schedules, please make sure that you are 101% sure before payment, so since you’re reading this now kindly think of it one last time!

Q: How many rooms are in the venue? How many can sleep there?
A: We have Nipa Hut with two A/C rooms, can accommodate 10 and 8 persons on each room (double sized bunk beds). Please bring blankets, as we don’t provide them.
* If a dozen more want to come, we have additional two (2) A/C Nipa Hut with a room available for rent P2,000 each can accommodate 4-5 pax on each hut.

Q: How about oculars?
A: Scheduled ocular for two are allowed but we cannot guaranty showing you around the whole facility specifically if there are guests occupying on the day of your visit.

Q: Are we allowed to cook/grill at the venue? Do you have pans/kitchenware that we can borrow?
A: Yes, grilling and cooking is allowed. We have a double burner at the resort with minimal fee of P200 for gasul, do bring your own charcoal though! We also have 1 kaserola, 1 kawali, 1 sandok and 1 kutsilyo. Please bring your own plates/cups/utensil and other things you might need.

Q: Can we go to the resort earlier?
A: Yes, But please advise us beforehand, we may be still cleaning before your check-in time due to prior guests. Please check the availability with us first.
Q: Do you provide towels, shampoo and soap?
A: No, we don’t provide above. In case you forgot to bring please ask our staff they can buy them for you.
Q: Can we bring in food and drinks and are we allowed to cook? Do you charge corkage?
A: Yes, you may bring in cooked food or have it delivered. Cooking or heating is also allowed. We charge corncake fee of P150 per event or P2000 (whichever is higher) for events that have a catered set-up (dressed tables, chairs, buffet table, uniformed cutlery and with attending waiters). Hard liquor with P50/bottle corkage, beers P175/case. However, we discourage excessive drinking of alcohol which may result to physical harm to self or others and damage to property.

Q: Can we bring in electric appliances like microwave oven, turbo broiler, electric griller, etc.?
A: All electric appliances brought in like microwave oven, rice cooker, oven toaster, turbo broiler, electric griller etc. will be charged P150 each for electric consumption.

Q: We will rent a catering service, what are the things that we have to know?
A: *Please advise your caterer that buffet set up are allowed at the parking area or at the gazebo area. Please refrain to put the buffet table near the pool area!

*Do inform us if you need extra time for set up, but mostly we only allow thirty minutes or an hour early of your schedule (depends on the availability).
*Washing of dishes/trays by the caterer is strictly prohibited (we charge 2,000 pesos just for that)!
*Leaving garbage/waste by the caterers is not permitted!
*Set up of tables and chairs are not allowed in the grass/plant area, be kind to our plants!
*Any lights/sounds provided by the caterer will be charged accordingly (Just to cover up for the electricity that will be used)

Q: Who’s my contact person when I arrived at the resort?
A: Our staff Rex or JM would be there to welcome you.
Please note of the following:
1. Please settle the remaining balance at least 1 day before your reserved date thru our bank account and don’t forget to provide us copy of the deposit slip OR you can settle at the resort UPON entry c/o Sir Robert our (Resort Manager).
